    Project Manager

    A Project Manager will provide overall management for multiple small and medium-sized federal construction projects ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000. They will serve as the primary contact and must continually foster a positive relationship with all parties involved. Project Managers generate project leads, monitor cost estimates, prime contracts, schedules, subcontracts, and subcontractor change orders, RFI's submittals and closeout documents.


    The project Superintendent is solely responsible for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the construction is in strict accordance with plans and specifications. The Project Superintendent shall be responsible for overall project coordination of work directed in the field. The project superintendent shall establish and enforce the overall job site safety and quality of work.

    Project Coordinator

    The Project Coordinator will work to assist the project manager with coordination of the contract requirements. Tasks shall include attending job walks, assisting in project procurement, monitoring project plans and specs, submittal organization, safety plans, project schedules, organizing meetings and project closeout documentation.
