Holloway Construction, Inc. is a licensed General Building & Engineering Design-Build Contractor with previous government construction experience. Since its inception in 2005, Holloway Construction, Inc. completed many design-build projects in the private commercial division, recently expanding these same services to the government sector. In 2018, we won the Star Master Builder Award from Star Building Systems for the best metal building in the Health Care category.

When the agency’s A&E firm construction documents are complete, Holloway Construction, Inc. is ready to compete. Our team of suppliers and subcontractors will respond to the agency’s RFP and provide a qualified bid and necessary bonding.

Holloway Construction, Inc. is an authorized builder for NUCOR and Star Building Systems, giving us the unique capability to produce in-house pre-engineered building drawings and quick and accurate cost estimates.

Holloway Construction, Inc. can help agencies renovate and upgrade buildings for ADA compliance, HVAC Upgrade, LED Lighting & Controls, Plumbing Fixtures, Fire Sprinkler & Alarms, Doors & Hardware, Metal Studs, Drywall, Flooring, Tile, Paint, ACT, Lead & Asbestos Abatement and Structural repairs, as well as any necessary site work, asphalt parking lots, concrete and landscaping maintenance.
